*EXTENDED-STAY:this type of hotels is quickly becoming popular one the market and they are designed for corporate travelers who are on a long term assignment and desire more home- like accommodation .
*LIMITED SERVICE:this type provide only basic sleeping rooms and minimal food services outlets such as breakfast buffet and coffee ,services such as laundry ,business centers ,exercise facilities are not provided.
*MOTEL:these properties are generally smaller and cater to people traveling by car (motor hotel =motel),they may not have food and beverage outlet but often have a cafe and accommodation breakfast ,dinner and lunch.
*RESORTS:these hotels are for vacation travelers as well for business holding conferences and meetings services are all inclusive so that the guest does not have to leave the premises for any need .
*SPAS:these are resorts offering health ,physical fitness ,nutritional advice or just plain pampering .
